Usage: PAM water disintegrated powder. The dissolution and mixing time is generally 0.5 ~ 1.0 hours. Increasing the water temperature and mixing speed can speed up the dissolution speed, but too high water temperature will cause degradation reaction, so the maximum water temperature will not exceed 65 ℃, and the mixing speed should not exceed 10m / S based on the peripheral linear speed of the paddle, otherwise it will cause flocculant chain breakage and reduce the flocculation result.

The dosage of PAM increases with the increase of sediment content in raw water. In terms of flocculation effect, the thinner the dosage, the better. Generally, the dosage concentration of 0.2% is appropriate. The working solution is 2%, and then diluted 10 times with the help of a water syringe. The maximum sediment content of PAM treated water is less than 150 kg / m3.
